How it works:

  • We take an initial meeting to asses your business’ needs + spend 2 hours on site to better understand the in’s and out’s of your operation

  • We assess you project then give you a proposal of goals to accomplish along with timeline and what tools are needed for your team to be successful

  • Initial project Cost is $10,000.  We commit to finding a minimum of $20,000 recurring annual savings or additional profit in your business or you get full refund (projects can be larger in scope if needed)

  • Most projects are completed in 8-12 weeks.

    • 1-2 weeks to gather information

    • 1 week to assimilate data into a proposal

    • 5-8 weeks to get after it!

  • We spend time in your operation as well as some time building systems, processes and frameworks to help you see more clearly moving forward

  • Deliverables depend on project needs but can be order guides, schedules, operations manuals, employee handbooks, COGS analysis, production schedules, product sales mix reports, development & staff training (basically anything that is going to help your operations)

  • We follow up 30 days after project completion to check progress and help make any adjustments as needed.

  • Follow up 6 months to ensure you and your team are still on track.

  • Hourly rate of $125/hour for piecemeal work
